We facilitate the communication between the members and the public to better members' academic and professional skills, and to protect professional rights of the members and  public interests.
We organize, provide, or recommend educational academic activities and resources which serve to maintain, develop, or increase the knowledge, skills, and to better professional performance that an acupuncturist uses to provide services for patients, the public, and the profession.
We serve as a platform for the acupuncturists and patients to identify good acupuncture practices, to promote public understanding of acupuncture and natural medicine as well as the appreciation of cultures in a diverse social environment.
We also collaborate with other acupuncture organizations in the United States, not only to accomplish the mission outlined above but also to protect both our professional rights of acupuncturists and public interests of patients by monitoring the legislations and regulations and voicing our collective concerns related to an issues on the patient safety and good, legit acupuncture practices.
